At NIL Elite, every purchase directly supports our athletes. A portion of each sale goes directly to the athlete whose merchandise you purchase. Because of this profit-sharing structure and the limited-time nature of our releases, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled and refunded if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, NIL Elite will replace the item at no additional cost.

Sizing & Exchanges

  • Because our products are produced in limited drops, we cannot accept free returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

  • However, if you need a different size, we offer a discounted replacement option. Please reach out to our team to arrange this.
